Dry white wine produced from the Chardonnay grape variety from the Rubin winery’s own vineyards. It matured in barrel barrels made of Serbian oak for a full 12 months. A very complex wine that carries the story of the terroir and skill of Rubin’s winegrowers and winemakers.
It goes well with turkey and chicken, boiled and fried fish, and smoked salmon.
