Grape brandy is made by distillation of overheated crushed grapes of carefully selected grape varieties. It is recommended to be served as an aperitif with salty roasted almonds and peanuts, salty cheeses and spicy vegetable salads and as a digestive drink. It should be served chilled down to 10°C.
