AMANTE – AURORA

By blending the Chardonay and Sauvignon blanc varieties, a wine was obtained that brings a balance of characteristics of the varieties from which it is made. Golden-yellow color, intense scent with a lavish abundance of aromas of ripe fruit behind which are hidden delicate delicate tones called white flowers. The taste is very rich, creamy fruity layered structure with a rounded finish with gentle tones of oak that lasts a long time. It goes well with salads with creamy dressing, pasta with creamy sauces, ripe cheeses with a softer texture, roasted turkey, chicken and veal with lemon, pork fillet in mushroom sauce and cold pork.
