Traditional Serbian natural brandy obtained by double distillation of fermented crushed grapes of carefully selected plum varieties. Traditionally, it is consumed during a meal with cold salads and appetizers, but good connoisseurs and brandy lovers recommend it as an excellent digestive drink. For full enjoyment, the brandy should be cooled to temperatures between 7°C and 10°C.
