Dry red wine of exceptional quality from Merlot grapes from carefully selected micro-localities from Rubin’s own vineyards. Refined wine of purple-red color, complex aroma of overripe cherries and red berries, gently balanced fruity character and full rounded taste unusually silky finish. It is recommended with mature cheeses, red meat and white fish and game specialties. Serve at a temperature of 14 -16ºC.
